• The second in the kare–sansui (dry "mountain-waterscape") series. designed for one or two to sit at and have tea. The tea service and slatted tray are to be stored in the cabinet when not in use. Wheatboard is used for the cabinet while reclaimed antique poplar creates the tray and door handles. An earthy, mottled-green milkpaint finish covers the exterior while a golden yellow covers the interior. Distressed solid brass feet act as levelers. a slab of reclaimed antique dalle de bourgogne limestone with 300 years of natural patina rests in a bed of organic sweet brown rice.
